Collaborates with a wide array of partners and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and work to enhance servicemember financial education programs.

Sarah is an assistant professor of personal financial planning with Texas Tech. She has been a practitioner for more than ten years and is currently president of Perennial Wealth Group, Inc. She also serves as a board member and strategic planning committee chair for the Financial Therapy Association. Her research interests include generational wealth transfer and family governance, financial conflict resolution, and the connection between psychological well-being and financial behavior.

Stephanie founded East Rock Financial Services in 2008 and serves clients in the Bay Area and the Pacific Rim. She previously spent 10 years as a Director with a financial analytics firm, programming and managing a portfolio management product used by banks throughout the world. Stephanie is on the Board of Directors for California Jump$tart, a nonprofit dedicated to improving K-12 financial education. She is a jazz bassist and rock violinist who has performed on 21 recordings and votes on the Grammy Awards.
